Cleaning techniques include sanding framing, detailed cleaning with HEPA vacuum, applying antimicrobial to affected areas, and cleaning all surfaces inside the contained area. At the completion of each mold remediation project, a 3rd Party Industrial Hygienist is hired to perform air quality testing to ensure there are no elevated counts of mold inside the affected area. Once results are found satisfactory, containments may be removed in preparation for construction services to follow.
